  • Ditch “supermodel mode.” No one’s judging your hair or your lighting. Shift into teacher mode — focus on your message, not your appearance.

  • Soothe, Stretch, Smile. Before filming, breathe deeply, stretch, and smile. It calms your nerves and boosts energy — it’s science.

  • Tap into your why. Maybe it’s flexibility, family, or freedom. When you remember why you’re doing this, showing up on video feels easier.

Practical Tools

  • Your phone is enough — shoot at eye level or slightly above.

  • Use natural light from a window or a simple ring light.

  • Edit inside CapCut or InShot — easy, free, and fast. These are not made for Hollywood editors - they are made for real people.

Pro Tip

If you’re not sure what to say, record yourself talking about a client success story and upload the transcript to AI. Ask it to turn that into a 45-second video script. Boom — done.

The agents I coach who consistently use video aren’t the ones with perfect production. They’re the ones who keep showing up.

Because when you combine confidence, clarity, and consistency — you become a video boss.
