WHAT IS KIM’S STORY?

Kim Rittberg launched and ran the video unit for Us Weekly, overseeing an 18 person team…until her parent company was purchased. She found herself trying to salvage what she had worked so hard for, all from the hospital with an IV in her arm as she delivered her second child. While Kim still had her executive job, she lost her desire to be in corporate America, seeking more time with her children and more flexibility. Despite being scared and feeling incapable, Kim launched her own digital marketing company, which offers video and content strategy, branding and on-camera training. Several years into her entrepreneurial journey, Kim won 6 awards for her video work and has taught dozens of professionals how to grow their business with video + podcasts. Kim’s path to entrepreneurship was riddled with questions and anxieties which gave birth to MOM’S EXIT INTERVIEW, recently rebranded to THE EXIT INTERVIEW WITH KIM RITTBERG podcast. Its goal is to inspire and educate people seeking fulfillment on their own terms. Kim wants to help them craft their career & life they deserve with inspiration and action!
