5 Videos Every Agent Should Be Making

Just listed and just sold? That’s not enough.  Let’s be honest — those posts are table stakes. They show what you do, but not who you are.

Here are five types of videos that actually move the needle for real estate agents:

1: Behind the Scenes

People love the process. Share how you helped a client win a bidding war, how you staged a tricky property, or how you priced a home to sell. Show them your expertise, not just the result.

2: Market Insight

Skip the charts and jargon. No one wants homework. Instead, give your take:

“Here’s what the interest rate shift actually means if you’re buying in Austin this spring.”

Be the translator of the market — not the reporter.

3: Local Life & Hidden Gems

You’re not just an agent — you’re the mayor of your neighborhood. Showcase restaurants, parks, boutiques, and businesses. Try headlines like:

“Hidden gem brunch spots locals don’t want you to know about.”

It positions you as the go-to expert in your area.

4: Client Stories

Storytelling is your secret weapon. Record a short clip explaining how you helped a family find their dream home — and the biggest lesson learned. If you need help tightening it up, use AI to summarize your story into a 60-second video script.

5: Personal Connection

You are your brand. Mix in content about your off-the-clock life — hobbies, family moments, passions. I’ve seen agents double their engagement just by sharing who they are beyond real estate.

Remember: People hire people. They’ll remember your expertise, but they’ll connect with your humanity.
